Adam has been passionate about building beautiful and efficient spaces for as long as he can remember. Growing up, his time was spent working alongside his parents in their businesses making cabinets and furniture and installing floors. Even at a young age, Adam showed exemplary leadership craftsmanship skills.
After high school, Adam worked for a remodeling company to expand his skills and experience a wider range of projects. He started his own firm, AF Construction years later. By building his own company, Adam gets to do two things that he loves: meeting new people and opportunities to challenge himself to be better at his craft.

Successful remodeling projects start and end with effective communication. Our transparent and personal approach to remodeling projects has helped us gain the trust of local homeowners. Here’s a walkthrough of our workflow:
Getting to Know You and Your Remodeling Goals
Before we start your project, we want to understand what you hope to accomplish with your remodeling project. We also have a conversation about budget to help realistically set your expectations of the project from the beginning.
On-Site Consultation
Next, our team will schedule a visit to your home to see the space and watch you paint your vision. While every job is custom-priced, we can give rough estimates based on similar past projects. In this discussion, we can also advise on how you might use your dollars most effectively while still achieving your remodeling goals.
Provide an Estimate
Once you are comfortable with our on-site discussion and want to continue the process, we’ll develop a line item estimate. Our team will send this through email within 2 to 4 weeks after the consultation. The quote is open for review and revision as needed.
Agreement Signing
Once we agree on the scope of your remodeling contract, we’ll draft an agreement for the project and will request a down payment before project initiation. Once this is handled, we’ll work with our team to schedule your renovation!

Our team realizes you’re likely still living in your home while we’re working on it. But, you’ll quickly observe how our staff have the utmost respect for your home and you’ll hear us say, “if it was my house… “. We take extreme pride in our work and will deliver the top-quality workmanship you expect.
We encourage regular weekly check-ins to share the progress of your renovation and ease any remodeling fatigue you might experience. We understand the process can seem overwhelming. There will be staff and project managers on site every day to keep your project moving forward.
Once your project is complete, we’ll clean up well and ensure everything was completed according to your contract.
